Faq 1: What to do if I didn't receive the license key after purchase?
Please wait for several hours because shareit might gets overloaded. If you need it urgently, pleas contact our support team with providing your purchase-email and payment proof, then our support team will check it in your system and re-send to your email manually.
Faq 2. The registration code is invalid or fails to register, what should I do?
1) Confirm the product is the right one you purchase.
2) Check the registration code you spell it correctly especially the sensitive.sc
3) If it still doesn't work in such situation above, please contact our supporter.
4) Make sure your internet network is connected when registering the program.
Faq 3. How could I confirm if I complete the order successfully?
If you complete the payment and type all necessary info, then you will receive an email within 1 or 3 minutes containing your order ID, license key and others.
Faq 4. Does the license code can be used twice?
The license key of All PassCue’s product can be used for 3 PCs, if you used it more than three PCs, then the license code will be invalid. So if you want to change the computer and still use the product on more PCs, you need to buy it again on PassCue.
Faq 5. Can I change the delivery method?
The answer is No. the shipping method can't be changed after you submit your order. The shareit is not supported to change the delivery method.
Faq 6. If I bought the wrong product by mistake, can I exchange it?
If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, you should contact support team to to change your wrong order into the correct one. However, you need to pay the difference if the correct one is expensive than the wrong one. Otherwise, we will refund you price difference.
